Shenzhen Dayang Group isformed of Dayang Electrical Materials Co. Ltd.,Dayang Industry Co. Ltd. andDayang Copper Co. Ltd. It is located at Tangwei Industry Avenue of Fuyong Sub-district, where is in between Shenzhen and Dongguan,adjacentto the National Highway 107, Baoan Avenue, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway. It is 2.5 km away from the Shenzhen International Airport and 2km away from the FuyongHarbor.Thus, we achieve the geographical advantage.
With the coverage of 27,000sqm, the group has self-built workshops, office buildings, dormitories, and canteens. The main products include various enameled round copper wires, bare copper wires, tinned copper wires, stranded conductors, stranded and plated wires, etc. in different specifications.
DayangIndustry (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. is awholly funded enterprise in Hong Kong by July 1994. It is specialized in manufacturing and sales of Enameled Round Copper Wires. It manufactures about 10,000tonsannually that sold in domestic and international market. Most of the production equipment, and the detection and test instruments are imported, the rest are domestic well-known brands. The raw material for the production is in high quality and completely meetsthe requirement for the premiumenameled wires.
The company is committed to carry out and improving modern enterprise management system. It has passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and the ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification.
The products include polyurethane, polyester, polyester-imide single coating and composite coating series of enameled round copper wires which have the specification range is Φ0.05mm ? Φ2.5mm and thermal class is constituted by Class B, Class F, Class H and Class C. The polyurethane enameled round copper wires can be produced in different colors, such as, red, blue, green, black, original color, etc.All wires are qualified in UL Certification and Product Monitoring by SGS Laboratory. The basic technical standards for the products include China National Standard (GB), Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), as well as any certifications demand from our precious customers. It is provided with powerful technical capacity, autonomous R&D, design and production of all enameled wires for thecustomers.

Dayang Electrical Materials (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.is established in October 1992. There are advanced heave drawing machine, medium drawing machine, fine drawing machine, micro drawing machine and other drawing equipment, as well as annealing, twisting, stranding and tinning facilities, over 300 sets. Major products include different bare copper wires, tinned wires and stranded copper wires (including bare stranded copper wires, stranded tinned copper wires, top-coated wires, stranded & plated wires and composite stranded conductors). The total capacity is over 18,000 tons annually.
